Another day in my world!!!

I tell you this girl amazes me. She is honestly comes up with new things each and everyday. She is so funny....where do i even begin. I look back at this past week and i just laugh at the things she did. You may all think im crazy cause shes only 11 1/2 months but i swear to you all she really did say and do what im writing here. I'm usually up between the hours of 6 and 7 every morning for work. And she usually gets up with me and i take her out of her crib so she can play but this one morning i decided to leave her in it. Our room is on the 3rd floor and so i went downstairs to use the mirror in the bathroom. 20mins pass and i go back upstairs and shes looking over the crib at me smiling and i say "HI" and she says it right back to me. I totally was not expecting that but she really did say it. I guess its not a hard word to say.

Yesterday we got up and i was getting ready in the bathroom and she was with me. and i had the door open to my room and she was playing. I leave my shoes at the bottom of the stairs and she started to pick them up and drag them all over the place. My mom was in her room and was watching her and she made a comment but was cut off by kaydence. She said "gabbi you should get" and kaydence says basket. I was shocked and think to myself basket and then to my mom did she just say what i think she said and my mom goes it was clear as a bell. She finished the sentence for my mom. I guess they both think i need a basket for my shoes. haha The best part is my mom had a basket in the bathroom full of laundry and Kaydence starts picking up my shoes and putting them in the basket. She really did make her point and i guess i will have to get my own basket for my shoes.



Besides her coming out with the most random words she is now copying everything i do. I was clearing my throat the other day and next thing you know she was doing the same thing. She carries around a purse too. I guess the missionaries were over the other day while i was at work and she was carrying her purse around and the one wanted to help her put stuff in it and he grabbed and she put up a fight and wouldnt let it go. haha She cracks me up. She is such a big flirt with those missionaries too. They were sitting behind us at church last week and she would not let them out of her site. She was smiling and giving them that guggly eye. I think im gonna have some problems with this little munchkin and those boys.

Summer Fun!!!

Hey your all, so i finally was convinced to make myself a blog. I'm bad at this kind of stuff, but i thought i would give it a shot. I'll keep you all updated on lil' kaydence. She is growing up so fast...she will be a year old Oct 9th. And you will not believe it but she is up to 23 1/2lbs. haha She started walking not to long ago. So i imagine the weight will start shedding but either way she is still adorable.

So now that she is walking and getting around on her own she discovered the stairs. She is so funny, this is the face she made when i caught her. Tried to use the puppy dog eyes and the little whine. Yes, it worked i'm a sucker for that cute little face. Speaking of faces...she has this new one she makes. I dont know where she got it from but its cute. Look at those big lips. haha She really keeps my life entertaining. I could not imagine life without her.

We took a trip out to Utah and Idaho back in July and August. It was a blast...i couldnt ask for a better baby on the plane. She slept the whole time from the time we took off to when we landed. And thats even with 2 stops. Kaydence finally got to meet her great grandma and grandpa kirkland from idaho.

The Kirklands always have a good time when we all get together. It has been a long time since we all were out there together as a family. I'm thinking about moving back out there to be closer to them all.

We did alot of site seeing up here in idaho. We stopped in Sun Valley and had lunch. Took a bunch of random pics while we were waiting for our food. Kaydence and me...she was getting so hungry.

Then we headed up to this way pretty overlook. I cant remember the name of it but once you reach the top its like 8, 701 ft. It was just amazing to see it. You cant find anything like that here in PA. The only bad part about the drive was no guard rails on some parts and it was a huge drop off. Im so deathly afraid of heights that i was freaking out. To make it worse Josh was driving like a crazy person on purpose.

As part of the family reunion we all went to the Twin Falls, Idaho open house. It was so amazing to be inside this temple its absolutely beautiful. I cant even express how amazing you feel when your inside the temple and im sure most if not all of you know what im talking about.

Even though Josh and Jordon were not getting along at the moment they suck it up and took a family picture infront of the temple. We havent had a picture of all of us together in a long time. This was our summer vaction!!!
